If you are unsatisfied with your purchase within 14 days of delivery, please don't hesitate to contact us to arrange a refund. Refund is dependent on us receiving the item in 'as new' condition, and return shipping costs will be at your own responsibility.

Made to order and bespoke pieces are unfortunately not eligible for a refund, however any defects in materials or workmanship will be rectified as soon as possible, at our own cost.
